OpenAI: To support AI-assisted interpretation, classification, summarization, and organization of work-related communications.

Database and hosting providers: To securely store task records and related operational information, where implemented.

Personal data is made available only to authorized personnel and service providers as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Artificial Intelligence Processing

The application may use artificial intelligence to identify tasks, summarize messages, suggest follow-up actions, and prepare internal reports.

AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by authorized personnel before consequential business decisions are made.

The application is intended to assist human management rather than replace human judgment.

WhatsApp messages and task management history stored within Angus Farm AI Management will generally be retained for a maximum of 12 months from their creation or receipt.

Information may be deleted earlier when no longer necessary.

Certain records may be retained longer where required by applicable law, necessary for legal claims, or subject to a valid preservation obligation.

Retention periods applied independently by third-party service providers may differ and are governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices.
