Depending on the day you placed the order, it will be shipped according to the following schedule:
Orders placed between Wednesday-Sunday, will be processed and shipped starting on Monday.
Orders placed between Monday-Tuesday will be processed and shipped starting on Wednesday.
Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it correctly.
No, you cannot find our products in a physical store. All our deliveries come to you directly from our farm and can be ordered through our online store.
On average, you should consume the product (vacuum sealed) within 10 days of delivery. Alternatively you can keep the product frozen and use it before the expiry date shown on the packaging.
Yes. The steaks are aged for 30 days, so the meat has the chance to develop an extraordinary flavor and tenderness.
